- Loosen and remove axle nut and remove rear wheel. Be careful not to lose the spacers located on each side of the wheel.
- Remove rear brake by removing the lock nut and sliding brake bolt out.
- Remove the 4 bolts at the front of scooter.
- Install Dominator Deck Saver over the bottom of your scooter aligning all of the holes where the bolts were removed.
- Loosely install the 4 bolts removed from the front of the scooter in step 3. We recommend using the thread locking compound (included) on these bolts.
- Install brake by holding the brake pedal in place while inserting the new longer brake bolt through the outside brake bolt hole and brake pedal, stop about half way, install spring and slide the brake bolt all the way through. Tighten brake bolt nut only finger tight.
- Install the rear wheel using the new 8mm bolt. Slide the axle bolt through the axle bolt hole far enough to install one of the spacers you removed earlier, hold the wheel in place and slide the axle nut through to the edge of the wheel bearing, install second wheel spacer and push the axle nut all the way through. Install the new locking nut provided and tighten until your wheel does not have any play and still spins freely.
- Tighten all bolts and go have fun.
